Ban motorcycles on major roads

As a health practioner, we always get to treat patients involved in vehicular accidents (VA), and it is now a fact that 90% of these VA's are motorcycle-related. A lot of factors are involved in these accidents, but a common factor as I mentioned earlier, is, majority are motorcycle-related. We call on Philippine Congress to create a bill that will ban motorcycles on major roads.
