Ban NYS Regents Exams

This petition is to ban New York State regents exams. We do not feel that these exams are at all necessary. Other states do not have them, and are fine. We believe that schools should set the standards for what is taught, not the state. Final exams are sufficient. Regents cause an extra stress that isn't needed. If you go to an out of state college, many will not even recognize regents exams. Please do away with New York State regents exams.
