This petition is for the legal Residents of California with State Identifcation or Drivers License.
The proposal is any garden hose needs to be sold with nozel, or sprikler device. Such devices helps the gardener(s) use the water more effectively than a low pressure with thumb to aim the water to home garden areas, vehicles, or drive ways.
Within San Mateo County, especially the City of Foster City and San Mateo.
The current concern being the City of Pateluma nearing a water shortage. Considering limiting the size of home yards. Including removal of grass, trees and plants. Such a move might cause a 'city deforestation to a desert' even land and soil loss to wind. Which would cause damage in rain or snow weathers.
