Ban The Pitbulls

Dear Senators and Represenatives of Texas

I find it necessary to take action to limit if not rid our country of one of the most biggest man killers of these days. I am speaking of non-other than the breed of dog pit-bull.
According to several statistics pitbulls have the highest number of attacks and kills upon humans than other dogs within the world, this includes wild dogs.
In my time on this earth i have witnessed (on the news) several kids being attacked, the latest the mother had left her kid locked away form her pitbulls, but the kid made it out, to his bedroom, where the pitbulls found, and killed him leaving a bloody mess.
It is time, as Americans, to stand up for our safety and take things into our own hands, we need a state wide ban on pitbulls.
Here is what we look for in the bill banning pitbulls
1. Any and all currently owned pitbulls must be caged and/or put down for the safety of the community.
2. The selling, market, and other instances of putting a pitbull up for sale will be illegal, and punishable by a fine and jail time.
3. The possession of any pitbull bought after the pass of this bill is illegal, the pitbull will be taken from the owner and the owner will be fined.
4. The breeding of pitbulls, the possession of pitbulls for the purpose of breeding, and other instances of breeding pitbulls is a serious crime, and can be punishable by several years imprisonment or a large fine.
5. Because the possession of a pitbull is now in almost everyway illegal, if a pitbull kilsls the owner must face charges under manslauter and murder. The pitbulls must be put down and the owners will face sever charges from several years without parolle to life in prison.
These are the parts of the bills we stand behind and must be inacted, we want to be safe within our state, and if pitbulls are allowed we are no safer than if everyone had an automatic weapon.
