Boycott Crobar Nightclub

We the undersigned hereby respectfully ask all interested parties to sign this petition to boycott CROBAR nightclub, to boycott promoter CARMEL OPHIR, to boycott proprietor KENNY SMITH and all their businesses and enterprises, for causing financial injury, emotional stress and mental anguish to various individuals involved in the Miami entertainment community.





OPHIR and SMITH were and are attempting to monopolize the Miami nightlife industry by;





Using economic sanctions to block certain other individuals from earning a living in the entertainment industry.





Using economic sanctions and threats of violence to warn off performers and artists and event promoters from working with certain other individuals and/or performers and/or event promoters.





Warning off various journalists and magazines, a television program host, a publisher and a photographer from promoting or publicizing certain individuals and/or performers and/or event promoters.





Slandering and libeling various individuals involved in the entertainment industry in order to engender ridicule and contempt and lower their esteem in the community with the express purpose decimating their livelihood.





Destroying advertising and promotional materials belonging to certain individuals and/or performers and/or event promoters.





Making death threats and threatening other acts of violence over the telephone and in person to certain individuals and/or performers and/or event promoters.





Sending thousands of abusive emails and email containing viruses, to certain individuals and/or performers and/or event promoters.





These actions by CARMEL OPHIR, KENNY SMITH and employees of CROBAR including DORON OFIR and PAOLO PINCENTE and other anonymous persons who, acting as their agents, were and are part of a deliberate, malicious and reckless campaign to inflict financial hardship, mental pain and anguish to certain individuals and/or performers and/or event promoters based in the Miami area.





This conduct, in all of its malicious forms, was and is so outrageous in character and extreme in degree as to go beyond all possible bounds of decency and is regarded as atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized society.
