It is a well known fact that the slices in the middle of a loaf of bread are the fluffiest, nicest pieces in the loaf. However, it rarely noticed that a vast majority of people, be it intentionally or unintentionally, reach into the middle of the packet to find a decent piece of bread for themselves, and completely ignore the needs or wants of those in their household. Such selfishness, such disregard for those around us, is surely not a quality that we as Australians should harbour.
Therefore, we propose that a total ban be placed on the posession and/or sale (both commercial and private) of loaves of bread. We must act quickly, for as long as loaves of bread are being pushed in our bakeries and supermarkets, our very essense as Australians is in jeopardy.
