Bring AMEN back to Australia

This is a petition created to express the interest, and hopefully obtain the attention of, record company staff, managers, promoters etc who could support / fund an Australian tour for the legendary American punk / metal band AMEN.

The band, fronted / masterminded by CASEY CHAOS, previously completed a successful Australian tour as part of the "BIG DAY OUT" festival across Australia in 2002. This tour was largely accomplished due to interest expressed by Australian fans, and thus this petition is submitted in the hopes of recovering interest by the band's record label or any associated tour promoters etc who could back / encourage another Australian tour by the band in the (near) future, as Casey is facing decreasing support by his record label and general financial difficulties which have already threatened recent European tours and the completion of new studio material, which is still largely funded by Casey from his own pocket.

Whether or not you are a fan or even familiar with the name of this band is not an issue here. This was a band who, at the peak of their fame, were destined to be the next "Nirvana"; who appeared on the covers of alternative music magazines all around the world; who sold out shows across the world; and praised by the legends of Punk; Iggy Pop and Henry Rollins to name only a few; And it seems like overnight, they were, to put it simply, FUCKED OVER. Suddenly their record label didn't care anymore; inner conflict caused numerous failed line up changes, and Casey was left with a lifetime's worth of debt thanks to unpaid managers / band members, resorting to fund entire tours from his own pockets, and not to mention attending to the needs of his own day to day life. One minute of your time, one signature, could make a lifetime's worth of difference for Casey, even just giving him a small leg up in terms of wider recognition and increased tour / cd sales. YOU CANNOT LET A LEGEND DIE LIKE THIS!!!!! SUPPORT THE CAUSE!!! (You can thank me when you see the band live and they change your life; just please make it happen)
