Bring Back the Roots of Disney

In the recent years, CGI technology has swept the box office with household favorites, including Toy Story, Finding Nemo, etc. Though entertaining and enjoyable, CGI has replaced the origins of Walt Disney Pictures, which are 2D and are mostly musicals. It is important to remember the roots of Disney cartoon animation and that CGI, though more modern, is not the fabric that Disney cartoons were originally made with. This is not a rant to suggest that CGI should no longer be used, but is basically a reminder of what it was that made cartoons like Aladdin and Lion King classics.
