We, the undersigned subscribers to your cable service in Tulsa,Oklahoma, request that you add The Horror Channel to your programming lineup when it becomes available in October 2004, or as soon as possible thereafter.

We believe that not only would The Horror Channel be welcomed with open arms by current Cox Cable subscribers, but offering the Channel will also attract many new subscribers to your service. We further believe that the contrary is true . . . you will lose customers who want The Horror Channel should you not choose to carry it. Horror fans are a loud and loyal bunch. We can assure you that once we find out who will be carrying the Channel, we will subscribe to that service in droves -- and make sure that our friends do so as well.
