District Attorney Vince Biskupic, Outagamie County, Wisconsin and District Attorney Joe Paulus, Winnebago County, Wisconsin are under investigation by the State of Wisconsin Department of Justice and the FBI for allowing certain defendants to buy justice and avoiding prison sentences.

We believe that all defendants who were tried by District Attorney Biskupic and District Attorney Paulus should be granted a new trial. The disadvantaged people from these two counties were not given the opportunity to make deals. And so many did not receive fair trials because of the corruption caused by these two prosecutors. The conduct of these two District Attorney's needs to be investigated thoroughly.
We the undersigned believe all cases prosecuted by Biskupic and Paulus be reviewed so all the defendants receive the same rights and protection which is protected to all under the Constitution of the United States of America.
