Call to Impeach Justices Stevens, Souter, Ginsburg, & Breyer

To: United States Senate


Impeach the Four Supreme Court Justices


We the undersigned, after grieving as we have in the past for a close friend or relative who died in a war to ensure our right to vote, do hereby decide not to bury that entity, but to restore the life, dignity and respect of the institution our forefathers held... and we now hold dear. In order to accomplish this, we do hereby call for the impeachment of the four Supreme Court Justices John Paul Stevens, David H. Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Stephen G. Breyer because of the disgrace they have brought to said institution for the following reasons:

I .Violation of their civil duty as civil servants who work for the people of the United States to make judgements of law according to the United States Constitution, and not as Partisan operatives to ensure foriegn ideologies. They were appointed by the President of the United States to life terms, and deem themselves to have the power to "dictate" to the American people what their rights shall be as opposed to what the Bill of Rights enumerate. They violated their duty to apply and interpret the US Constitution and US Law. They placed the people's rights to keep and bear arms, free speech, and to own and maintain private property forever in jeopardy, by rendering decisions based on their political ideologies, personal opinions, and even foriegn law instead of the Constitution and Laws of the United States of America.

II. Violation of the U.S.Constitution's demand for "SEPARATION OF POWERS", by interevening in the President's duties as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces in time of war by extending Rights of US Citizens to enemy combatants captured on battlefields in foreign countries not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States resulting in offering aid and comfort to the enemy and bolstering their war effort; Interfering with the duties of the United States Congress and all other duly elected Legislative Bodies in the United States on State and Local levels by bypassing the normal and prescribed legislative process of deciding controversial public issues thereby silencing public debate and negating the votes of citizens subject to said jurisdictions; And violation of the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights by intervening in the duties of the States to effectively enforce their laws, mete out Justice, and ensure justice for all.


III. These four justices undermined the validity and sanctity of this previously esteemed institution and tainted it forever, by laying the foundation, and setting unconstitutional precedents whereby they ensure that for eternity every enumerated right of the Citizens of the United States as well as the delegated powers of the other branches of the Federal Government along with State and Local Governments will forever be thrown into the federal court's jurisdiction and subject to challenges in this court, which has the danger of rendering all elections in our nation irrelevant and meaningless.

1V.They used the Equal Protection clause in a way in which it has never been used before; it has been used traditionally and legally to shield minorities from unlawful discrimination. They in fact, turned this amendment upside down, thus using it to discriminate against US Citizens, both majority and minority, in favor of non-citizens upon arrival in our Nation to break our laws and even those non-citizens in other nations who wage war against our Nation.

V. With their abuse of power, they undermined the very basic fundamental governing principal of the United States Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land by issuance of opinions based on their personal ideology and feelings instead of what the Constitution and the Bill of Rights actually say and furthermore threatened the soveriegnty of the United States by rendering the Constitution itself open to challenges based on foreign law.

VI. Conclusively, we the undersigned, and all people of the United States,regardless of party affiliation, and as patriots with COMMON SENSE, do hereby declare that this court denied us equal protection under the law. These four justices cast a cloud of suspicion over the body of the Supreme Court, causing the following result:

A. Government officials with the power to invalidate enumerated rights, suppress free speech, and seize property on a whim.

B. Increased inability by Government on all levels to effectively carry out their duly designated powers as dictated by the US and State Constitutions thereby endangering National Security and public order.

C. Suppression of public debate and the invalidation of duly constituted and legal elections on all levels.

D. Subjecting the Citizens of United States in the legal jurisdictions of the same to the whims of foriegn laws and jurisdictions.

VIII. We the undersigned, being of legal voting age, and not children to be told to go to bed, are outraged at... and embarrassed by... these offenses committed by the four aforementioned justices, calling into question their abilities to fulfill their obligation to morally uphold their civil duty as unbiased civil servants to those of us who pay their salaries. We therefore proceed to do the only "civil" thing left to do, ...and with somber,sorrowful spirits ,yet aching with mighty strength and perserverence for justice, do hereby attempt to restore respect for this once revered institution, the Supreme Court of the United States of America. We therefore hereby CALL FOR THEIR IMPEACHMENT!
