According to CPPD a disability is severe and prolonged,i.e.,can't dress oneself.
Apparently,an handicap is not severe and prolonged,i.e.,can dress oneself.
However,I have an handicap which I consider severe and prolonged; it prevents me from doing the job for which I trained,i.e.,I can't lift.bend,push and pull.
I am left with no alternative other than finding jobs that fire me within 2 months because of my physical handicap (disability).
Because of my disability on jobs I am forced into Employment Insurance for 9 months.
I believe that the traditional meaning of disability needs to include handicap.
