Initial build cost lies within the region of 3 million pounds sterling.This aircraft hanger size facility is totally out of proportion in these surroundings. The first floor spectator viewing platform is 6000 square foot alone.
Incorporated within the 24 hour facility will be ; a 220 cover restaurant , bar, 2 residential units, Formula 3 and Formula BMW workshops, medical centre, shop and lift.
