Care of our loved ones in nursing homes.

Our Legislatures in Alabama need to regulate the ratio of CNAs to patients in nursing homes so our loved ones can be taken care of properly.
Currently it states the facility must have sufficient staffing to care for the patients. One CNA cannot adequately care for 12 to 15 patients during the daytime & evening shifts.
To get proper care there needs to be a regulation on how many patients a CNA can properly care for.
Daytime 8 per CNA
Evening time 10 per CNA
Night time 25 per CNA
To get our Legislatures to vote on this matter we need your signature.
Please help us get this done. It will benefit each and every one of us.
