Change US National Anthem to "Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport"

For many years, "The Star Spangled Banner," based on a poem by Francis Scott Key, has been the national anthem of the United States of America. While at the time of its inception this noble song was a fitting anthem for our country, we, the undersigned, feel that it has now become outdated.
Therefore, we propose a change in the official national anthem of the United States of America. "The Star Spangled Banner," we suggest, should be officially retired, with a special designation as "ex-anthem" given to recordings of it in the Library of Congress.
We, the undersigned, recognize the immense need of a superpower nation such as the United States of America to have a fittingly majestic and emotionally evocative anthem. We have come to the decision that the song best representing the United States in the twenty-first century is most assuredly "Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport" by Rolf Harris. In view of this, we propose that "Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport" should replace "The Star Spangled Banner" in all its roles, including official government functions, baseball games, and Olympic medal ceremonies.
