Changes to Evironmental and Building Laws in the UK

Mr Prescott the Deputy Prime Minister is planning to build 200,000 new houses in the UK. I have written twice to the Prime Minister suggesting that he change the environmental and building laws so that in the future all new houses in the UK must be built with the following features.
1. Triple glazing
2. Thicker roof and wall insulation than is currently required
3. A percentage of the roof covered in solar panels
4. A miniature electricity generating wind turbine mounted on the roof
