We, the devoted fans of the Young and the Restless, sign this petition in an effort to encourage the writers to create a love story for Billy Abbott and Chloe Mitchell. We believe that they have what it takes to be an amazing pairing. They are exciting and fun. Billy Miller and Elizabeth Hendrickson have a natural and believable chemistry that anyone can see. Their scenes are never dull. Its rare to see such a terrific duo. The actors bring out the best in each other in their scenes. We are simply asking for a storyline for these two without a third party in the way. We want to see more Chilly, as the fans adoringly call them, scenes. We know that Mac is returning to the show soon. And we also know that there is a quad going on with Cane and Lily. But, we feel that Chloe and Billy should have their own storyline. They are too talented to be overlooked. Love triangles and love quads are a bit overdone on soaps.

In the case of Chilly, there is so much potential for them that without involving a love triangle. As characters, both Billy and Chloe have major flaws. They are far from perfect. But, that is why the fans adore them. We like their imperfections. And we think their biggest obstacles are themselves and their own insecurities. Billy is afraid of anything too serious, including fatherhood. Chloe is afraid to get hurt again. Both characters have so much to overcome. They are both stubborn, as well. Yet, they are two of a kind. They are like two peas in a pod, which is the name of our newest message forum for Chloe and Billy. We are creating Chilly postcard campaigns right now to show our support for them. We also have a new weekly Chilly radio show on which we discuss their scenes from the week and anything else related to Chilly. This petition is another way of us showing support for Chilly. The Chilly fanbase is already huge. And they are not even a couple, yet.

We adore this pairing for so many reasons. For one thing, both Chloe and Billy are alike in so many ways. Recently, their friend Shiva mentioned that they think alike. They can also read each other. Billy knows how Chloe looks when shes upset. He knows her looks. They also understand each other. Around each other, they do not have to pretend to be perfect. They are themselves. They do not judge each other. And they have strong feelings for each other because they find different ways of seeing each other. Other characters can see their connection. Phyllis, Jack, and Lily all saw it. Chloe and Billy are drawn to each other. Unlike Cane, Billy adores the spunky side of Chloe. Unlike Lily, Chloe adores the bad side of Billy. Mac had a long history with Billy. However, that was a different Billy. This new Billy has flaws and imperfections. Hes not the same Billy anymore. For this Billy, Chloe is his other half.

Imagine the two of them with their little booger. First, they would cause havoc on the entire town. They can scheme together. They can be partners in every way. What is amazing about Elizabeth Hendrickson and Billy Miller is that both actors have such huge ranges in their acting. They can be spunky in their funny scenes. They can be loving and tender in their sweet scenes. A perfect example of that is the recent Chilly baby bonding scenes when Billy asks to feel the baby, again. These January scenes show another side to this pairing. And their adorable way of calling their baby little booger or boog is amazing. With Chilly, even the smallest things make an impression on the viewers. For instance, the way that Billy has so many nicknames for Chloe is terrific. He calls her little mama and tiger among others. Their recent high fives are amazing.

We want to thank the writers for the amazing storyline thus far. Thank you for writing such fun and entertaining scenes for Chilly. We adore this pairing. Many of the All My Children fans are tuning in to see more of the Chloe and Billy storylines. Both actors were on AMC at different times. So, watching them together is new for the AMC fans. New fans in general are starting to watch Y&R for them. Many message forums are buzzing about Chilly. Fans are organizing campaigns for them. We are calling in the comment lines for more Chilly scenes. We are sending postcards and writing letters. Also, we want to thank the casting department for hiring both of these terrific actors who have such a terrific chemistry together.

This petition is our way of showing our appreciation for Chilly. And we simply want more scenes for them. We want to see more of Chloe and Billy bonding with their baby together. We cannot wait to see their little booger. We want to see more of the tender and loving scenes for them, as well as the spunky funny scenes. And, most importantly, we want to see them in a relationship. That might take time. We do not mind waiting. We just want to see the amazing journey of their love story. Thank you so much.
