Competive Mod for Battlefield: Bad Company 2

We the undersigned love Bad Company 2 but would just ask you to add a Competitive MOD or Match MOD to make it even better. We take your statements and actions to show your willingness to do what the community wants.
This is something that is very important to our community and something we greatly desire. These things will promote even more teamwork and competition and create even more "Battlefield" moments.

This MOD would not only help the competitive and tournament community but will help increase the popularity and longevity of the game and further development of future Frostbite titles with this feature. It is beneficial for all players casual, hardcore and in between and will broaden the interest and appeal of the game.

We would like a competitive mod as DLC for the game. This could be made by you, a 3rd party or as mod tools released so we can make our own. These are the things the mod would have to have:

1) A First Person Recorder for Anticheat purposes
2) The ability to run 3rd party Anticheat programs to check for running cheat programs and take server side and/or client side screenshots.
3) The ability to "Ready Up" and commence a match together when everyone is prepared
4) A level playing field with all weapons unlocked
5) The ability to exclude certain weapons/vehicles (ie noob tubes)
6) The ability to set a particular score or time and allow switching sides halfway while retaining score
7) Control respawns by being able to reduce or eliminate them (Can you imagine Squad RUSH with no respawns and medics? it would be EPIC and perfect for competition; a guy could revive his squad for a comeback)
8) Broadcast/Streaming Capability via spectator mode (nice to have)
8) The ability to limit classes (nice to have)
