There are so many positives if this is passed such as no more taking tax payers money to pay for convicted rapists food,shelter,protection while in prison, most rapists reoffend when leaving prison, victim & family will feel safer knowing the ciminal will never harm them or anyone again atc
Rape statistics in New Zealand are very high and most go un reported.
