cruel and unusual punishment extended to families!

We, the Undersigned as families, loved ones, and/or prisoners- that any and all Congressionally Mandated Sentencing Acts that take power from the Judge's chambers, to have infringed upon our rights as United States citizens to not be subjected to Cruel and Unusual Punishment under

Amendment VIII - Cruel and Unusual punishment. Ratified 12/15/1791.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Further We, the Undersigned demand a bi partisan committee to investigate the necessity of proposed sentencing legislation; and, that the committee members be free from any engagement with model legislation exchange organizations, and hold no stock nor blind trust in the following, under their name and those of their immediate family members:
Industrial Food Service
Private Prison Industry/Security Staffing Services
Canteen Corp
any and all telecommunications
lastly, said committee members not ever having previously authored, nor cosigned any congressionally mandated sentencing acts.
