Customers Of Verizon Wireless Want Justice

We [the customers of Verizon Wireless] are sick and tired of the way Verizon runs their service and tries to think of every way possible to squeeze money out of us. We understand that Verizon has the best coverage and cool, new phones; but we would also like to have great service with those cool phones and great coverage.

This is a list of things we don't like and are beyond tired of:

1. Verizon Wireless Customer Service
- They are of no help most of the time whatsoever.
2. Low Minutes For High Prices
3. Crippled Bluetooth
- Please understand that we [the customers] want to be able to share
ringtones and videos with one another. 4. The Disrespect From Customer Service
- We DO NOT pay their salary for them to disrespect us and treat us
rudely.
5. Not Allowing Us To Use Our Own Ringtones
- You DO NOT have all the ringtones we want, some of us DO NOT want to
hear 50 Cent or Gwen Stefanie every time our phone rings. Maybe we
would like to hear a song from an artist WE like. Please understand
this.
6. The Verizon Wireless User Interface
- Understand that we HATE this. We would like the original User
Interface that the manufacturers of the cell phones provide on THEIR
phones.

Please, we pay for this service monthly, and we love the coverage you provide us with, but we would like some of what is mentioned here fixed.
Of course we have the option to switch to a different wireless service provider, but we don't like their service, and at the same time we don't want to cope with the restrictions you [Verizon Wireless] have placed on us [the customers].
