WHEREAS, We are residents of Cypresswood Lake Subdivision.

WHEREAS, We are dissatisfied with what the developer of the subdivision has installed and calls "a playground." The developer's intent is to not add additional playground equipment.

WHEREAS, We, the residents, were not consulted or represented when the developer spent $13,000 on the existing equipment that lacks many basic elements of a playground. This usually includes swings, teeter-totter, large slide, merry-go-round, etc.

WHEREAS, The children of the neighborhood do not play on the equipment that is currently installed and want their parents and grandparents to stand up for them and let them be heard.

THEREFORE, We respectfully request that the developer of Cypresswood Lake Subdivision heed our collective voice and add more equipment to the playground that our children and families actually want to play on. This would minimally include a swingset, slide and merry-go-round of industrial quality.

100. Robbie Donnas | The piece of equipment that was put in is not considered a playground. A playground has several pieces of durable equipment. This definately can't be considered a playground without some swings. First and Last Name Robbie & Donna Stewart Street Number
