A friend of mine lost her 23 month old daughter last week due to a drownig at her daycare providers home. I feel that if you are a daycare provider and do own a inground pool, not only should the yard have to be fenced, and locked, but also the individual pool should have it's own locked gate. If this were the case right now, little Alysa would still be with us, and her family would not be in such anguish right now. Please sign this petition to stop this from ever happening again.
