De-reserve Muslim predominant constituencies of Parliament & Assemblies and restore constitutional justice

As per Census of India there are 13.4% Muslims in paths country. At this rate, there should be 73 Muslims in Lok Sabha (lower house) which has 543 seats. But, since 1952 till now, the average number of Muslims in Lok Sabha has been less than 27. Major reason: Sachar Committee has pointed out that Muslim pre-dominant constituencies of Parliament & Assemblies are reserved for Scheduled Castes. [Ref: Foreword: paras 5&6, Chapter 2-Page 25 & Appendix 2.1, Chapter 12-page 241]. For example: In U.P., Nagina Lok Sabha constituency (53% Muslims; 21% SCs) is reserved for SCs, but Rae Bareli (6% Muslims; 29% SCs) is not reserved. In Assam, Karimganj Lok Sabha constituency (52% Muslims; 12% SCs) is reserved for SCs, but Dibrugarh and Jorhat (both with 5% Muslims or less) are not reserved. In West Bengal, Khargram assembly constituency (50% Muslims; 23% SCs) is reserved for SCs, but Tufanganj (16% Muslims; 53% SCs) is not reserved. In Bihar, Bagaha assembly constituency (23% Muslims; 14% SCs) is reserved for SCs, but Balia (3% Muslims; 19% SCs) is not reserved. And the list goes on. Therefore, we appeal to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India to kindly appoint the next Delimitation Commission at the earliest asking it to remove the above mentioned anomalies and restore constitutional justice to Muslims that has been denied to them ever since 1952. For this kindness we shall be extremely grateful to him and his Government.
