We, The Undersigned,do hereby petition Barack Obama to declare Nuclear War on The Gulf of Mexico.
The Declaration of Independeance states that it is the right of the people to overthrow a power that is destructive to the Rights of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
The Gulf of Mexico is anathema to these rights:
For 300 Million years it has left the door open for Hurricanes and Earthquakes.
For 300 Million years it has been a breeding ground for no-good, shiftless Pelicans.
And for 300 Million years it has failed to intervene in the Child Abuse Scandals of the Roman Catholic Church.
