Demanding the promised support for C&C Generals

We, the whole C&C Community, are fed up with the empty promises of Electronic Arts.
They promised a Ladder Kit for the community - to be released with Generals or shortly after but until today this is still missing in C&C Generals!
They also said that they would take care of the bugs in C&C Generals, but until now, even with the newest patch, this game is FAR from bug free! Here is a list of some bugs in this game they did not fix until today even though they knew that these bugs exist:

The target searching missiles (often those from the Rocket Buggy) dont do any damage to buildings and/or units. This mostly happens if rockets are fired from maximal range (this occurs quite often if you capture a strategy Center of the USA and set it for Search and Destroy).

Some weapons do MORE damage if you dont fire on units/buildings directly but very close to them.

Units that are under the influence of the Propaganda (China) cannot be emergency repaired.

If Colonel Burton places an Explosive Charge on a building and then the player leaves the game the building with the explosive charge is un-destroyable.

These are just a few bugs in this game this list could go on much further!

We, the Community and the Players, bought this game for a lot of money and we think it is not too much to ask to fix these bugs and a lot more.
