Demote Tom Henning Шvrebш and Force the UEFA Officials Who Appointed Him To Resign

WE THE UNDERSIGNED, call for the following:
1. For Tom Henning Шvrebш to never referee another UEFA Champions League, UEFA Euro or FIFA World Cup football game.
2. For the person(s) at UEFA who were responsible for deciding that Tom Henning Шvrebш should referee such a high pressure game (Chelsea v Barcelona, 06/05/09), to step down from their position at UEFA.
A brief history of the Шvrebш's refereeing performances explains why he is clearly not up to the job and why it was ridiculous to appoint him for the Chelsea v Barcelona UEFA Champions League game on 06/05/09. Шvrebш waved away countless legitimate penalties and sent off a player who was not guilty of a foul. Neither Шvrebш, nor his two assistant referees, should referee another UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup or UEFA Euro game again, they are clearly not at that level.
Шvrebш did what he could in a match he should not have been appointed for and thus cannot take all the blame. The responsible party at UEFA should resign, along with their superior(s). If any other private company had made such a monumental mistake, someone's head would roll.
For the referee or those who appointed him to continue in their positions would ludicrous. Their decisions have cost Chelsea Football Club money, caused the club's fans outrage and caused parts of the international football community to lose its faith in UEFA altogether. Those responsible MUST pay the price!

The refereeing in the Chelsea v Barcelona match was simply incompetent and no other team should be made to suffer by having a referee as incompetent as Tom Henning Шvrebш
