Der Bundeswahlleiter möge die Partei "Die PARTEI" von zukünftigen Bundestagswahlen ausschließen. Die Partei "Die PARTEI" präsentiert sich in Sendungen zur Wahl in NRW als Partei ohne Ziele, die nur herumalbern möchte. Ein Schulleiter würde diese Gruppe auch irgendwann vom Unterricht ausschließen. Es ist nicht einzusehen warum die Gruppierung als politische Partei geduldet werden sollte.
