Destruktions/Recyclinganleitungen für alle technischen Produkte

Der Deutsche Bundestag möge beschließen eine öffentliche Bibliothek von Destruktions - bzw. Recyclinganleitungen für alle technischen Produkte zu erstellen, die von den Herstellern der Produkte zu pflegen wäre. Vorbild für die Bibliothek könnte die Wikipedia sein. Die Bibliothek sollte mindestens in allen EU und UN Sprachen geführt werden.
