Don't Eliminate Indiana Property Taxes

We, the people of the Great State of Indiana, do not support the proposition to eliminate property taxes while raising income and sales taxes. This will have a hugely negative effect on the Indiana economy that may take years to fix. We stand for the rights of the low-paid worker in Indiana, and do not support this proposition. The low-paid worker who most likely owns no property will not see any positive effect coming from this, but only the negative effect of higher taxes in other areas. There are ways to fix our property tax system, and we support that first.
