Sprawl Zoning is the wasteful use of lands in an attempt to control the development and economic growth of New Jersey through the creation of oversized lots and over regulation which forces increased housing costs.
I support preparing and administrating comprehensive master plans and zoning to achieve mandated Growth Fit Management Densities at the County Level, not the municipal level. Land Use and Land Policy are fundamental to our economic sustainability and to our quality of life.
Mandated Growth Fit Management Planning and related densities balance preservation, the environment, open space and societys developmental needs.
By signing below, I register my opposition to the continuance of downzoning land use policies. I support County mandated minimum densities and allowing municipalities to use Smart Planning Densities to balance our sustainability and quality of life for future generations as well as our own.
Finally, I support the preservation of tens of thousands of jobs in the construction industry, related professions and community businesses supported by the housing industry,
