Stephen Spurr is going to destroy the essence of Westminster school. The way he runs the school destroys any sense of independence, enjoyment or even "fun" one is meant to have at Westminster school. The school belongs to its pupils, and if the pupils are forced to comply with the new Eton-esque ethos that he has brought to Westminster, then there is no hope for any of us.
