Drug Testing in Modern Government

It has become standard practice in both the public and private sectors to drug test common employees in a position of great responsibility for the safety and security of those in their charge. We the undersigned hereby agree that as a holder of a great and public office, neither the President of the United States, his successors, nor the immense organs of government in their control should be free to wield or sway the tremendous power of such offices without answering to the People's cry for greater security.

As employees of the People of our great democratized republican experiment of government, and wielders of immense political, economic, social, cultural, and spiritual power, modern world leaders should bear no less burden than that of the lowest public or private servant.

The results of such public and open testing should be made known & clear to the People: to whom our leaders are ultimately responsible.

Recent events suggest that major drug and/or alcohol use and abuse may be rampant in world government.
