We want a European tour by Hilary Duff. She has been in Canada, Venezuela, Japan, Hawaii and Australia but never in Europe. We have a right to see her live as well and we think there are enough fans to warrant a tour! Please give us the chance to see Hilary Duff rocking the stage.
