Prisoners need someone they can talk to who understand what they are going through. Prisoners should have the right to choose who they want to talk to and if not, it should be someone who has already been through it.
How do wardens and therapists expect prisoners to be open and honest to someone who more than likely hasn't gone through what they are going through?
Prisoners should have the choice to talk to someone who is an ex-prisoner and who can hopefully give them advice as to what to look forward to and how to handle things.
