As fans of Capital recording artist, Letoya Luckett, we are petitioning to express our interest in seeing a music video for Letoya's third single, 'Obvious.' We[the fans] have been extremely supportive of Letoya and are disappointed that 'Obvious' has been released to radio for nearly 4 months, and still there's no word on a music video.

As I'm sure you are aware, through the support of fans Letoya's first solo album debut at #1 - and eventually received platinum certification, her first single, 'Torn' was a hit and the video retired from the 106 & Park video countdown. It was the first music video to top the countdown 22 consecutive days in a row - this had not been the case with any other music video on the countdown since 2002! That alone should suggest how Letoya's fans support her music and her music videos. We are asking that you please be considerate of Ms. Luckett's fans, and give us a music video for 'Obvious'. Because this is such a beautiful song that speaks to what both men and women go through in relationships, we feel that the song could only become more effective on the charts with a supporting video from the lovely Ms. Luckett. I am sure that the label shares the fans' interest in seeing Letoya benefit from a very successful music career. So, I hope that you will consider the signatures below as our unanimous request for a music video. Thank you.
