Mountain West Conference officials (with their leader being one Craig Thompson) have sold out the conference fans and schools. They negotiated a deal with Comcast and the mtn to air MWC games which has not come into being. Currently, more than halfway through the football season, three MWC markets have zero coverage, and the other markets have very limited coverage.
Comcast, half owner of the mtn, has no incentive to pressure satellite companies to carry the mtn, and the satellite companies are currently not interested themselves.
Thompson and his cronies have sold MWC schools a bill of goods that is not in their best interest.
As a result of this debacle, we feel Craig Thompson should leave the MWC to "pursue other opportunities."

This is an outrage! I have seen all of the Lobo home games, but ZERO UNM Lobo road games on TV this year. In years past, I rarely missed seeing a game. The Mtn. even refused to let our local affiliate air the game at CSU because it had the 'rights' to the
