Fix WoW Now

I am extremely dissatisfied with the current state of the World of Warcraft (hereafter referred to as WoW) gaming network. I was sold a game with the promise of hours of online enjoyment and with an expectation of a minimum of down time. I had the expectation of being able to log in and play the WoW at least 98\% of the time I wanted to without unscheduled interruptions. I had the expectation of a fluid and relatively lag free gaming environment. These promises and expectations have not been fulfilled. The following is a list of some of my problems:

I have been unable to access the game for hours at a time for no apparent reason.
I have been kicked out of the game for no apparent reason and with no warning.
I have been unable to log in and have received a retrieving character list message that never goes away.
I have been unable to log in even though the WoW webpage lists my server as UP.
I have been placed in an extremely long queue (15+ minutes) to even log in and play the game.
I have experienced rollbacks that have robbed my character of experience and hard earned loot.
I have experience extreme lag in Ironforge and while using the Auction House.

I am not asking for miracles. All I want is what should have been ready to deliver when the game was put up for sale, a stable and reasonably lag free gaming environment. To this end I am formally requesting that Blizzard use the monies made from the sale of Wow and the associated monthly charges to purchase the equipment and staff necessary to realize this goal. If this goal can not be met I respectfully request a refund of ALL monies I have invested in the WoW gaming experience. This includes but is not limited to: the initial game purchase and all monthly fees for play.
