Whereas, Jewish leadership in the Diaspora has failed to lead Jews everywhere politically post 9/11 and with the Israel crises and is without consensus worldwide Jewish interests
Whereas, Israel includes the Jewish Diaspora worldwide and Israel has not directly led the Jewish Diaspora worldwide
Whereas, peace with the Palestinians is close at hand and a new leadership with political and moral vision must come to be
Whereas, Jewish Diaspora leadership insuffiently understands politics and is dominated by social work "Jewish Communal Leaders"
Whereas, present day Jewish leadership in Diaspora is not representative or democratically elected by all the Jewish people
Whereas, there is no Justice to perform for the world (Tikkun Olam) if there is no Justice for the entire Jewish people without a Sanhedrin like world government and there is no Justice according to our own laws and customs.
Whereas, there is no one to petition against the wrongs of Jewish people and who will bring Justice for the whole of the Jewish people; now, therefore be it
Resolved, When peace comes declare a worldwide Jewish Diaspora government rooted in the tradition of the Jewish Sanhedrin that will be represented fairly partly in elections partly in reflection of the sages of the entire worldwide Jewish community-to complement Israel but to also add a political capacity and relationship to world Jewry it presently lacks. Thus the new Sanhedran will be at least co-equal and in addition to Israel as a nation. The new Sanhedran will fulfill a role for world Jewry not fullfilled by Israel alone today.
Be it furthur Resolved,
The new Sanhedrin will perform justice for the world because it will perform justice for the Jewish people according to our laws of Torah. The new Sanhedrin will listen to the wrongs done unto the Jewish people and bring justice to the entire Jewish people! The New Sanhedran will be the just and moral foundation for all present day Diaspora Jewish organizations who have not done it alone in greater righteousness for they did not seek higher judgement.
