Hello,
I am a 15 year old girl from England. I go out with a 17 year old African boy. He has been picked up my Immigration and is being held in a detention centre with a lot of other people in the same situation. Innocent people are getting sent back to there countrys where they later die because of the bad in there home countrys. As some people know Africa has a lot of wars on, unlike us in the UK they do not have good medical equipment like hospitals and doctors. My boyfriend had seen his own mother and father murdered in front of him. He was only young when his parents were murdered. He lived on the streets begging for food and money, only at a very young age without anyone to look after him. He came to the UK with a soldier who paid for his expenses. When he arrived in the UK the soldier left him with people. As Alex (my boyfriend) was only young he did not know you had to apply Asylum to live in another country. With the war going on back in his country he has a lot of scars and bruises. Alex started applying for Asylum is 2003. He is only 17, He goes to Reading College. My mother is trying her hardest to help Alex, we are looking for a solicitor that takes Legal Aid to Help him.
