If the Australian Government or State Government would like to do something about hoons on the street heres a proposal for them.
Set up a Large block of land out in the country, somewhere where noise pollution is not an issue, and lay down a big slab of concrete and let hoons do what ever they like out there. Make them sign an agreement form letting them know any damage they cause to themselves, there cars, other people and other peoples cars is there own fault and no-one else's. Make them pay a small fee, something !?
Teens without a car got skate parks next to Cop shops, so why not cater for the teens/adults with cars ? This could be the solution governments are looking for, why not try it ?
