get rid of float lunches and keep huron school time the same

help us get rid of the float lunches at Huron heights and also help keep the time of Start and finish for the school the same for if we don't stand up we might have to make our daily schedule different because the YRDSB wants to change our lives although may seem small it will make lives more deprived of time that we could be using to get more sleep so we may be more attenive in class
