HBO IRC Movement

We the undersigned, patrons and regulars of Halo.Bungie.Org, respectfully request that the channels owner, Claude Errera (LouisWu) move the official home of HBO IRC from the Subnova IRC Network to either the Halo Messenger Network, or back to it's previous location at HomeLAN.

Because of abuse by the Subnova Administrators, we are fed up. Subnova Administrators regularly step over the line of ethics, teasing people in bad humor, and generally abusing the users. The Subnova Network can only be described as a dictatorship.

The HM IRC staff offer you (Claude Errera) an opportunity to move the channel to the HM IRC network (irc.halomessenger.org), where there will be NO interference from IRC operators (unless there is illegal activity, or an issue threatening network security), and every decision in relation to channel operation will be left to you (Claude Ererra) and those who you (Claude Ererra) choose as repsonsible enough to be moderators. The bottom line here is, we (The Undersigned) want YOU (Claude Ererra) in charge again.

If that is not acceptable, we ask you to move the channel to a home other than Subnova, where you can be in charge. We the undersigned, plead that you hear our cry and will honor our request.
