This is it Conan fans! We are in the last act as we stand on the battlefield
heavily armed and ready for the final confrontation. Although we now hear
the people at Paradox are willing to listen to the fans and are "real nice
guys", another force continue to ride toward us with the threat of possibly
letting Conan slip away.
We take our positions ready for war. Closer our opponents approach before
Basil Poledouris' music softens and fades to the four winds. We all look up
and pray to Crom one last time for our prayers to be heard. Naturally we are
prepared to tell Crom to go to hell if he does not listen to our demands
that John Milius is the ONLY man who can bring us the proper vision of
Conan as it is meant to be told.
As we confront Crom, we look around and see the tables have turned from the
original climatic scene in Conan the Barbarian. Once "two stood against
many" but now we discover there are millions of us Conan fans fighting for
justice.
Today our enemy is only TIME. One studio executive at WB must come to
realize that not only is "King Conan: Crown of Iron" Arnold's most
anticipated sequel but also the longer they postpone the project, the bigger
the chance Conan may be destroyed. King Conan would no doubt be one of WB's
top 3 movies of the year so let's make the film studio know exactly how many
of us Conan and Milius fans are truly out in the world!
The battle has begun! Today this war will be fought not with weapons but
with our tongues. Since Crom does not always listen, let's be sure Warner
Bros. does!
