PETITION FOR KAREN STALLER
This petition is in support of Prof. Karen Staller. Prof. Staller has not been recommended for tenure at the School of Social Work, which means that she will no longer be here unless this decision is reversed. By signing this petition, you are declaring that you believe Prof. Staller has an outstanding record as a teacher and mentor, and that her qualitative research is of the utmost importance to the School of Social Work. Please feel free to also make any comments in support of Prof. Staller. Thank you!
In addition, please write a letter of support for Karen to Dean Allen-Meares and cc the letter to the Provost. Dean Allen-Meares is the only person who can advocate for Karens tenure to the Provost of the University, who has the power to reverse this decision. We need to show Dean Allen-Meares that Karen is a vital asset to the School of Social Work. Please be as positive as possible because we do not want any negative backlash on Karen.
