Help release our transcripts

Dear Sir or Madam,

We, the undersigned, ask the help of the Indian Government and Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) to obtain our transcripts from the IMD office in Pune India, for the post graduate course we have attended in Advanced General Meteorology. First of all we would like to thank the Ethiopian government, the Indian Government and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) for giving us chance to get trained at the prestigious WMO regional training center, pune, and work as meteorologists in our countries meteorological organization. Most of us are pursuing our postgraduate studies in meteorology for an advanced degree. However, the universities we have applied for or the companies we would like to work for require the transcripts of the courses we covered during our stay in India. However, we all failed to get them.

We are forced to sign petition to bring the matter to the attention of the government of India, the World Meteorological organization and particularly the Indian Meteorological Organization training devision to help us get our transcripts so that we can pursue our advanced degree leading that would help us excel in the field.
