Help Us Support Mike Tice!

The mission of this petition is to convince the owners of the Minnesota Vikings that they need to hire Mike Tice back. It is unfair that they would decide to fire him for having a bad season... they need to give him more time to work with the team. This was a fairly new team this season and they did not even give him a chance to really get to know the players... he was just beginning to see the strength of each new player. The team and coach can not be expected to play every game perfectly, it takes practice... and lots of it! Mike Tice has done an exceptional job of teaching this team what teamwork is. His coaching skills have enabled these players to play at their best. We have all seen that this season.
The manner in which he presented himself after they fired him proves that he is an understanding and patient man. That is what the Vikings need to make their way to the top, but it takes time to make the necessary changes. We need to take a stand for what we believe is best. We cannot just sit back and let such disrespect be shown to a man that has shown so much dedication to this football team. Please support the Minnesota Vikings by signing this petition.
