We pay good enough for our bus ticket every month and we don't get a service which is worth the money. Many of us remember when the ticket was 95 Cents four years ago.
We believe that the public transport to and from Holly Hill Industrial Estate on weekdays is completely inadequate, with the Knocknaheeny stone throwing issue causing constant service interruptions on this bus line serving the Holly Hill/Knocknaheeny area.
Aside from this major issue the Bus line 2 is really too often not following any schedule, and gets way too crowded.
In order to address this issue we propose that an alternative route is created at the site avoiding the conflictive area to serve all the citizens that depend on the "Bus line 2" to attend and return from their work places at the Holly Hill Industrial Estate.
We call on Cork City Council, Bus Eireann and the Garda to urgently consider this proposal and to come up with a joint strategy to address this problem.

Avoiding to serve the conflictive area is not what it should be done, but the personal from the companies in Holyhill, like Apple, need a solution as soon as possible
