huntingdon dispersal order

basically there has been a dipersal order in huntingdon town centre that means if there is a group of youths the police have the authority to move them along and ban them from town for 24 hours, this is really bad because it will affect all the skateboarders and people that have been going down town for the last few years as there is no where to go so we need your help, x steven x
