Welcome to my petition. I thank all of you for just viewing this webpage, as it shows your support, time, and effort. I would like to bring to your attention now, the terms you are agreeing to petition for.
1. You feel that I, Daniel Schmidt, am indeed NOT a THREAT to Clark High School.
2. You believe that the verdict recommendation of expulsion is unnecessary as it is ridiculous.
3. You disagree with the RPC system: How a school will throw a student out from it's learning environment, with what purpose? To keep the student from coming back on campus if he proved a threat?
4. You disagree with the fact of the Dean commenting on an article I made about the fires. She discussed how I did not know all of the facts, and basically "scolded" me for mocking the administration on their time alloting.
5. You feel that it is only fair for my sake, that I should have a bite at the apple with my own statements from teachers, unsigned. This is to eliminate any possibility that the teachers were lead-on and surpressed in saying what they truely want, because their job could be at risk.
6. You want the administration to answer for these questions, which were repeated three times, yet ignored: "Were the teachers in fact, intimidated by me prior to the questioning presented by the administrator?" - Also, "Were the teachers intimidated by me individually, OR by the comment made on the website?" ... You want the answer straight from the horses mouth.
7. You disagree with the fact that I was never given the option to write my statement until AFTER the verdict recommendation was given by the Dean.
8. You believe in the first amendment of Freedom of Speech, and you believe that NON of my actions EVER that you know of, support the "threat" commented on the website.
9. You are willing to defend this individual, incase for whatever reason, you're called upon by someone to question your signing of this petition.
